Developed by VENTION | Email: info@ventionpk.com
VENTION ("we", "our", or "us") develops mobile applications and software solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use our Satellite Map 3D Live Earth application ("App") on Google Play.
This policy applies globally and includes specific provisions for users in the European Union (EU/EEA) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users in the United Kingdom under UK GDPR, users in California (USA) under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and users in other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws.
By installing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
Our App does not require users to create accounts or provide personal information directly. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as your name, home address, phone number, or email address, unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us for support.
1.2 Non-Personal & Technical Information
To improve App functionality, performance, and user experience, certain non-personal information is collected automatically through integrated third-party services, including:
- Device model and manufacturer
- Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID / GAID)
- Operating system version
- Application version
- Language and locale preferences
- Country or region
- App usage information and session data
- Diagnostic information and crash reports
- Performance metrics (startup time, screen rendering)
- Approximate geographic location (for ad personalization, only if consented)
This information is generally collected in an aggregated or anonymized manner and is not used to directly identify individual users.
1.3 Location Information
Our App requests access to device location to provide core navigation features including GPS navigation, route guidance, speed measurement, distance calculations, altitude information, direction/compass functionality, and traffic-related services.
Location access is used only while the App is actively in use (foreground only). We do not perform background location tracking. We do not use location information to create persistent user profiles or for continuous tracking outside of active App usage.
As per Google Play's updated Location Permissions policy (effective April 2026), precise location access is implemented using the recommended location button mechanism. Users can revoke location access at any time through device settings.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected through our App may be used to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality
- Deliver GPS navigation, mapping, and location-based services
- Improve application performance and reliability
- Analyze feature usage to enhance user experience
- Fix bugs and resolve technical issues
- Deliver in-app notifications and updates via Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob (personalized or non-personalized based on consent)
- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases via Google Play Billing
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use data for purposes beyond what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
This section applies to users in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and United Kingdom (UK).
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, we are required to have a valid legal basis for processing personal data. We rely on the following legal bases:
3.1 Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
We rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for:
- Personalized advertising through Google AdMob
- Analytics tracking via Firebase Analytics
- Processing of advertising identifiers (GAID)
- Any other data processing that is not strictly necessary for core App functionality
You may withdraw your consent at any time through the in-app privacy settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
3.2 Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
We process certain technical and diagnostic data based on our legitimate interests in:
- Maintaining and improving App stability and performance (crash reporting via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Monitoring App performance metrics (Firebase Performance Monitoring)
- Sending App update notifications (Firebase Remote Config, FCM)
We have assessed that these legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to this processing (see Section 14).
3.3 Contract Performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
When you purchase a subscription or in-app feature, processing of transactional data is necessary for the performance of that contract. Payment processing is handled directly by Google Play Billing.
3.4 Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)
We may process data where required to comply with applicable legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
4. User Consent & Prominent Disclosure
In compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, we obtain your explicit consent before collecting or processing personal and sensitive data.
Upon first launch of the App, you will be shown a clear in-app consent dialog that:
- Explains what data is collected and why, in plain language
- Is displayed before any data collection begins
- Requires an affirmative action (e.g., tapping "Accept") to indicate consent
- Does not auto-dismiss or expire as a method of obtaining consent
- Does not interpret navigating away as consent
- Allows you to manage, update, or withdraw consent at any time
For EU/EEA/UK users, we implement a dedicated Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) to manage consent for advertising and analytics. You may update your consent preferences at any time through the App's privacy settings menu.
For users in other regions requiring consent (e.g., Brazil under LGPD, South Korea under PIPA), equivalent consent mechanisms are applied as required by local law.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process information such as:
- Advertising ID (GAID)
- Device information
- App interaction and engagement data
- Approximate location information
- Ad performance metrics
This information may be used to deliver advertisements, measure ad effectiveness, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services. Personalized or non-personalized ads are shown depending on your consent and applicable local laws.
EU/EEA/UK users will only receive personalized ads if explicit consent has been granted through our in-app CMP. Non-personalized ads are shown by default where consent is not given.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by resetting or disabling your device's Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android).

- Payment information is processed directly and securely by Google
- We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment account credentials
- Google may retain purchase records, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and payment verification information
- We receive only confirmation of purchase status to unlock premium features

Precise location is accessed using the recommended location button mechanism per Google Play's updated Location Permissions policy (April 2026). Location is only accessed while the App is actively in use. Users can deny or revoke this permission at any time; basic non-navigation features will remain available.
8.3 Camera Access
Used only in features that require image capture or augmented reality functionality. Only requested when you actively use a camera-dependent feature.
8.4 Storage Access
Used to save and load App-related content (such as offline maps or user preferences) locally on your device.
8.5 Notification Permission
